Meditation is a process to cleanse your mind on a daily basis and make it positive and powerful. As we clean our body with a daily bath or clean our house by dusting and sweeping we need to clean our mind with meditation to get rid of unwanted negative thoughts and impressions.
Preparation for Meditation not only requires a proper spot, loose clothing, and light food; but also, good behavior, positive perception, let-go attitude and acceptance for all. The goal of meditation is not to control your thoughts but is to stop letting them control you.

6 AM – 6 PM – 6 MINUTES MEDITATION
Beginners may find the practice of meditation difficult and tricky at inception. However, with time and practice Meditation acts like a balm to the mind and enables us to invoke the infinite potential of mind. It is said that body benefits from movement and mind, from stillness. And this stillness can be achieved by meditation only. Those who are seriously interested in pursuing meditation, should know these secrets and practice it regularly.
6 AM – 6 PM – 6 Minutes Meditation
STEP 1
Sit in a place which is cool, calm, peaceful and without any external disturbances. If you cannot sit on the floor then you can sit on a chair or lie down on the floor or bed.
STEP 2
Sit at a time when you are mentally free and there is no immediate pending work to be attended to.
STEP 3
Before starting meditation feel good and enthusiastic that you are going to enjoy your meditation and you will be in an evolved state after meditation.
STEP 4
Take couple of slow and deep breaths and feel the calmness and cool breeze of air inside the mind.
STEP 5
Gently close your eyes and expand your mind to become one with expansion of universe and the empty space in the universe. Feel the world, sun, moon etc as spec of dust in the expansion of universe.
STEP 6
Remain in meditation for as long as you enjoy it without fixing any time limit. When you feel like ending your meditation, gently open your eyes or lie down wherever you are sitting for some time and then get up to attend your daily chores
STEP 7
Practice this Meditation at 6am and 6 Pm for 6 Minutes everyday as one can establish in a state of meditation through meditation only

Meditation is actually not to create union between Atma and Paramatma as they are always in union but to calm down the mind, which is always fighting with its own thoughts of negativity, anger, hatred, conflicts etc. meditation is meant to fight this fighter (the mind) so that it can enjoy the bliss of Atma Paramatma union.
Doing meditation in a group helps to get into meditation quickly as because of the group there would exist collective meditative vibrations. It’s the same difference as sitting alone in a bedroom and sitting in the temple.
However one should practice both meditations i.e. alone as well as group meditation. Eventually our aim is to meditate wherever we are and whenever we want
”Best means to establish in meditation is meditation and meditation itself” – there is no other better means to establish in meditation than through stringent practice of meditation. Meditating all the time, whether sitting in a posture with closed eyes or while eating, walking, talking, bathing, sleeping and so on. All times should be meditation time and such practice helps one to establish quickly and permanently in meditation.
At deeper levels of meditation when we lose body consciousness and lose consciousness of time and space but yet when we are aware of our existence we realize our true SELF. We realize that we exist even without physical body and are blissful even without it that eventually leads us to Enlightenment.
One minute meditation when practiced frequently acts as a power dose of positivity which has the strength to increase the clarity of mind and level of peace simultaneously.
