During the summer season we usually notice food getting spoilt or rotten very quickly and easily. But during winters or when we refrigerate the food,itsshelf life increases tremendously and the food can be used and stored for longer duration.
Likewise, when our mental temperature and stress level is high, we become irritable, cranky, grumpy and our relationship with others gets spoilt and deteriorates quickly. On the other hand, if we adopt a chill attitude in our day-to-day life the shelf life of our happiness, peace and bliss increases and we would be able to create healthy harmonious relations with one and all. Chill attitude means always being in a joyful mood, adopting a let go attitude, having high acceptance, being flexible and enjoying every moment thoroughly. Therefore, we mustchange our internal weather and regulate the temperature of our mind in such a manner that our peace and bliss sustain for long and do not get destroyed in the heat of the moment.
